Our history
After 17 years of experience in the food industry in the United States, I wanted to return to my country of birth and adolescence: Dakar.
One of the things I miss most about America is Mexican food. Traditional dishes, rich in symbols, festive and from a family-oriented culture.
Solution?
Open a food truck and showcase this magnificent corn-based cuisine to be done here in Senegal and satisfy the stomachs!
